I think it has more to do with the recent teams the Rockets have been facing. GS, NY, and Philadelphia are all quick, fastbreaking teams, and Adelman probably felt Barry would have been a liability out there. Also, Barry didn't play much in Detroit because he can't keep up with Hamilton or Iverson.
Yep. Someone has to get the short end of the stick. I'm sure in certain matchups, Barry will get PT over someone, but his minutes will be reduced to about 8 mins a game.
Aaron Brooks played his best and msot consistant Basktball with Barry playing as a two guard. I don't understand how you can make a distinction between Wafer and Brooks. Maybe the way you structure your post just confused me.
Brent is nice to have in the lineup regardless of his minutes. Remember, playoffs are different, many young players can't stand up to the pressure (HEAD). We know we can always go to Berry when things are too difficult for wing players.
