He's a brilliant analyst. Dude is very smart, very educated, and he always has a lot of knowledgeable things to say and add to discussions in the NBA TV roundtable. The only thing holding this guy back from a broadcasting job is his lack of humor. :(

Think this guy will be a good coach... if he ever decides to pursue that path.

Lack of humor? I've always thought he was a funny dude. But you're right, he's one of the better analysts out there.

Agreed, it's only a matter of time before he's coaching.

He's a great analyst because he doesn't go out of his way to put on a front. He just does his thing, drops statistical knowledge, and throws out interesting tidbits about certain players... same reason I liked Jamal Mashburn's style on ESPN. He's just a cool cat, and isn't phased by the cameras.

A few of the dudes on NBA TV/TNT, and even ESPN, are down right annoying. Kenny and Charles are so entertaining because they don't try too hard... both just kick back and let the banter naturally unfold. They stay true to their personalities. Some people just can't handle the pressure... Jalen Rose is terrible. He looks like he has a clown mask welded on to his face with that cheesy smile, and he's painful on the ear... he just isn't fluid.

I like him except for that awful NBA Gametime Mobile app commercial that seems to play twice every commercial break.

You'd lose your humor too if that Goomba was banging your wife.

As much as I hate the Mavs, I think Jason Terry would make an outstanding analyst. He's got a very colorful personality... great sense of humor and popular among fellow NBA players.

I would love to see both Artest and Shaq do their thing under the lights, but I don't know that they have the brain power/verbal skills to get the job done at ESPN/TNT.

I like him and I don't like most of the guys on NBATV. But it may be partly because he's really handsome. :p Cheryl Miller was on yesterday and I find her refreshing. But that's probably because I just like other girls who like basketball lol.

Jalen Rose seems like he spends an hour memorizing his lines before he's on cam, then spews it out like a human teleprompter.

Nowadays people gotta act dumb and ignant to get a laugh... like uncle Charles. What happened to the days when you could be smart and funny? I'll you what happened. MTV happened and rape music. Now the kids just wanna dance hump in the club and laugh at dumb internet ****.

Kenny Smith says something like "Ho ho ho in Harlem we used to call em BUTTAHBALLZ" and everyone's cracking up and then you have Brent eloquently say something hilarious and people are like but white analyst man... the **** my tax returns at. Stop stalling for time.
