The league will make adjustments to the new adjustments and Bregman will have to adjust as well. He is striking out more but barreling up more.... a strategy we mentioned he was gravitating more towards last year. I still think Bregman being selective at the plate was his biggest strong-suit, and the one aspect that doesnt age as fast, but all credit to his hard work to getting back to better EV with launch, despite the K numbers still being higher than any other point in his career.
Finally...I am so tired of the bs that the Astros offensive struggles are not on the hitting coaches. Coaching absolutely makes a difference, and Cintron has been ass for years. Rangers just fired their hitting coach very recently and they are now on a 5 games win streak. It can be done. It's equally annoying seeing Passan slobber all over Bregman now that he is in Boston, when all this pissant did was dookie all over the Astros and all of its players for the past 5 years.
