It's easy to boo the girls who run in the full B-C range for wanting to get a boob job, but what about the A's and barely B's? Where's the love? If you had a girlfriend who was an A, and she wanted surgery, would you honestly say, "No baby, fake boobs don't look good"
You know Blade, everytime I want to say something, you've already said it. You're a real jerk that way, frankly. ALL t*** are sweet. Whoa, WHOA. You were going along so well there expressing my opinion! Fake boobs have a charm all their own. They're just as good as "real" ones. Different, sure, but still fun to play with. Of course, some women get quick cheap-o surgery and their boobs come out ugly, but most of the time, as long as girls don't go wild, fake boobs come out looking fine (if obvious). And I think I'm with most men when I say I don't (can't?) discriminate.
I think there is pressure from guys, girls and the media that'll drive women to get surgery. The only ones that I've know to get augmentation are the ones that wanted them reduced b/c of back pains. My friend is rather big and she doesn't like it b/c she feels like ppl are constantly starring and clothes just don't fit right. Like Isabel said, it's just tight there and fits everywhere else. But most girls have SOME sort of restriction when it comes to shopping. I'm 5'4" so I'm in btwn regular size and petite and I find it frustrating at times. I'm also a B so I don't have to worry about any back pains and I can wear halters and tube tops without worrying about falling out. I would never get fake ones though. I've never felt them, but I'm assuming it's pretty gross.
My sister had reduction surgery about 5 years ago, and has breastfed both of her kids after the surgery. I guess everyone is different....
Yeah. According to WebMd: "Some women may still be able to breast-feed, depending on what type of reduction was done, but in some cases the milk ducts under the nipple may be permanently damaged."
in the past out of all the women in the world the actress who played felicity was the only one who i wanted to to go jackhammer style on. i thought she was so hot yet she had no breasts.
For some reason, I am picturing Jim Carey in the movie "Me, Myself, and Irene," after he meets the lady on the bench breastfeeding her kid. That scene had me rolling!
That is just creepy. I don't know about the rest of you (ladies), but no knives or sharp objects anywhere near there unless I have some horrible or life-threatening condition. Think about it. To address other points made here: I don't think people should be so superficial, and the important thing is that a woman has natural and feminine breasts of any size. (FranchiseBlade, you rock! ) I don't know why you guys want to play with a bag of silicone or saline and pretend it's something other than what it is. I once worked on a research project involving "explanted" implants, which are not very pretty by themselves. At the same time, since people are superficial , I worry about the deflated-balloon effect happening if I get old or have kids. Oh, and I'm sure I shouldn't say this on here, but... 34D. How's that for a strange size? Actually, closer to DD, though I don't like to admit it. It's not fun trying to squeeze yourself into a bra that you keep falling out of. (I would like to lose a few pounds, but some things tend to stay big anyway.) You don't want the "four boob" look, if you know what I mean.
Oh, ok... then it must be her large breasts? Isabel, we ALL rock. ALL men think larger AND nicely shaped and not mistreated or not misshapen or not hanging down breasts on a nicely proportioned chest are feminine. Somehow, I can't picture ANY man attracted to a woman with a nipple-on-a-rib kind of thing. I just wanted to say BOOB again and that I like Carmina Burana too... awesome in Excalibur!
The inside of a real boob isn't too attractive, either. Remember, it's whats on the outside that counts. As for me, when I was younger, breasts weren't that important to me. Nice, but more of a bonus than anything else. A woman that was fit was much more important. As I've grown older, I have definitely noticed my affinity has grown stronger. I can't explain why. It is what it is. Real breasts are always preferable, but I've never had a problem with the fake ones. And to the naysayers who say they don't like fakes? Wait until silicone gets approved. The look and feel is damn near identical. Whether you like real ones over fakes, unless your big boob friend tells you, you'll never know.
I think this is the key here. If it was all about breast size then Ruebenesque women would be all the rage. Like everything else its context that counts.
Oh I totally agree. I'm just fine with my boobs, and should I ever want alter their "size", I'll buy a push-up bra. And thank god for sports bras too! I couldn't possibly imagine playing sports without one. And Fatty, I'd be highly concerned if you really have personally seen the inside of a breast.
