ITT we learn some folks don't read a thread completely, and others don't have a clue period but are well versed in unintentional irony. Anyway, sorry to hear about the tough weekend, MM. Stay strong and remember there is a goal, no matter what conflicts come up along the way. Best of luck to you.
Good luck, man. I'll remember this read years from now if I'm in the same shoes as you. But for right now: college. **** it lol
I've read this thread completely, and have repp'd...and reread and repp'd again. I still come to the same conclusion. YaosDirtyStache is Freud version 2000. I'm completely convinced he is right. There is no woman, here. Given that, YaosDirtyStache gave us a commandment: "Guys to the rescue." Find us on xbox live, MM. Everything will be alright.
I'm an alcoholic. I've tried quitting so many times but I can't. I've hurt my wife many times too but she's still with me thank God. I used to get wasted every day. But now I've compromised and she lets me party once a month. Seems to be working so far...
Hey, MM sorry about the job loss. There is no good time for that to happen, but this sounds like an especially bad time. If there is a way to learn from your relapse maybe something can be salvaged from it. Best of luck.
count me in as one of the folks who at first saw this thread the first time around and thought it was about a woman. in any event... sorry to hear about the job loss, major. it's a shame that a lot of alcoholics must endure the biggest of asrewhippins before any "steps" are taken to fix the "problem". having a high threshold for pain ain't all it's cracked up to be in this instance. i've been sober for a little over three years now (started a thread about it some time ago), so you can email me if you need info on where to turn for help if you'd like. good luck.
