    They got one...two swat vehicles blocked.in the SUV and shot it out.

    They still haven't approached the SUV, and remain in defensive position. I'm assuming they are waiting for EOD to arrive to make sure there isn't a IED inside???

    shooter pulled out of backseat of SUV. Looks dead or unconscious.

    NBC just said the guy who rolled out of the SUV escaped. I'd assume because the ones inside engaged the officers with their assault rifles.

    "One suspect dead. One injured. One at large."

    SBCSD: Officers working this case were doing follow up work and located the suspect's vehicle. Shots were exchanged. One officer was injured and was transported to local hospital, not life threatening.

    Additionally, a suspect has been hit. Possibly a supspect outstanding.

    That is a contributing factor, but pales in comparison to the real reason that these shootings occur. Readily available guns.
