    With Boehnor saying he will support Obama on Syria I am pretty sure the resolution will pass. It might be a narrow vote with opposition from some Democrats and Republicans but with the backing of both party leaders in Congress I think there are easily enough votes already to pass. Given how cautious Boehnor normally is regarding legislation that most Republicans oppose he probably knows already there is enough support in his caucus to get it passed.
