Moochie last year was worth the contract he was given, Moochie this year isn't half the player he was last year. This year he vacilitates with the ball too much, and is too indecisive and hesitant. Last year, he was not. Even the games Moochie is played well its been where he's stopped being indecisive, and just gone to the hole to make something happen. If he could stop being indecisive, he'd be worth his contract, that's the problem. And I think it has something to do with his fro.
Mooch is simply trying to hard to fill Francis' shoes. If Rudy would just pull him aside and tell him "pass the freakin ball" we wouldn't be complaining. We should go to the game with signs that say "Mooch, Pass the ball" , I think it might work. One thing is for sure, he doesn't have near the skills wink does. I wouldn't be opposed to trading him and his ridiculus contract to some team that doesn't have a good point. That would give us some time to play T. Brown and see if he starts to develop. If not we could draft a real point or a better shooting point. All of these absurd contracts are going to hinder us in any future FA signings. We need to move at least one of them.
Would Indiana trade Travis Best for Moochie? Maybe they'll remember that 3OT game where Moochie dominated them? They have Tinsley signed cheap for the next 4 years. so maybe they won't mind Mooch's contract. Best's contract expires this season.
