No, but the fact she slept with 2 other guys within a short period of time certaintly taints the evidence. If she had bruises that are consistent with injuries from other rape victims, how could she even prove they were from sex with Kobe? The case was weak. The good news about of this is that the DA is up for re-election and he will duely lose come November or whenever his re-lection bid is due. What a waste of tax payers money in these trying times.
The defense had a couple of witnesses (friends) that were going to testify that she sometimes complained about bleeding during sex, and having sex with multiple partners in a short time can cause that as well.
The injuries she sustained were consistent with being raped, the defenses ridiculous explanations to the contrary.
