I especially like how the rocket/missile seems to be launching right outta Rumsfeld's hands.

To you and your band of merry liberals, I'm sorry to say that it is. Your clan is averaging 2.3 threads per days with the topic of sagging approval ratings.

To whoever posted the question about where are the WMD, please ask Saddam because 14 UN resolutions have asked him to account for them. He didn't do so before being toppled. Burden was on him. But if it makes you feel better to keep clinging to something to justify your Bush hating opinion, please continue to believe what you always have.

They were criticizing the president NOT the war.

Don't want to speak for other in the "merry band" (I like that, :D, good pseudo-Kesey reference), but please accept the following.

We may dislike Bush, (based on his actions and statements), sure, but most of us are far more upset about going to war electively when most of the world could see that Saddam was not an *immediate* threat to us. We believed this long before CNN started to believe it.

Okay, carry on with the party line.

For the sixty-seventh time... OPERATION IRAQI FREEDOM... not Operation Weaponless of Mass Destruction.

I don't hate Bush but I am saying that the point of the war was to find and destroy WMD's. That's what this whole war was over because our government kept accusing Hussein of hiding or deceiving us of these weapons and like I said before we're in there now and still have found nothing.

Why did we start Operation Iraqi Freedom though? That's right we thought Saddam was hiding WMD's and that he was going to use them on us as well as his own people and we still have found nothing and they were never used against us.

uh, no the fact that Bush & Co. lied to the World and used false evidence that they knew was false is what I use to justify my Bush hating opinion

there were many reasons for going into Iraq not just 1.

back to the topic, this is a great day for the Iraq War. The military was able to take out the #2 and #3 guys. This is a step foward but there is still a lot to be done.

That was but one reason given. He definitely had WsMD at one point. Where are they? He has not accounted for them at all.

For the sixty-eighth time...if it was OPERATION IRAQI FREEDOM, why did the Administration use as it's primary justification for going to war the need to find Saddam's weapons of mass destruction?

And for an administration whose candidate (pre-selection) lambasted the previous Administration for constantly keeping it's eye on the polls, the Bush Administration sure is...constantly keeping it's eye on the polls!:D

Has any of yall seen "Sons of Saddam" on the History channel?...I think a saint would be glad those two monsters are dead after seeing the documentary...wow!

I bring this up, because I can't help but feel so happy and comforted inside regarding all those Iraqis numbering into the thousands who were personally killed, mutilated, raped, and intimidated by the sons which will no longer be a trend...and a trend this would surely continue...but no more. A triumph for the Iraqi people!!!...It has been said: for those who can save one life, can save the world...

Maybe the United States can't save the world...but I believe we can do this one place at a time, taking out a world-wide threatening dictator at a time...Never wavering from the fact one man can make a differance (in more ways than one...)

Today, It is confirmed thousands of Iraqi lives will be in less jeopordy, in less danger and filled with the hope and promise of freedom. We can't salute the U.S. soldier enough!...
