Stupid fooking pud. I just got home and had a joyous 2 hour sit in stand still traffic on Beltway 8 thanks to this blue hair, and I couldn't even see s-hit. Great way to end a Friday!
Attempting to physically stop the vechile is not in HPD's official policy for handling chases. They basically let them drive around, try to put down spike strips, and hope they don't kill someone. Driving through all those city streets, all someone had to do was fishtail him in a corner, let him roll a few times, and clean up the mess.
he drove through the golf course that i live at. you could see my house he drove right behind it. Its not that bad but he tore up one of the tee boxes pretty bad. My dad is the presedent of the greens commentey and he is very very pissed cause he had just got that t-box fixed from armadelos eating it up!
or he can keep worrying about it and not worry about me going to tutoring. cause i really don't need it when you get all A's. i know i might not be the best speller but that really doesnt matter ight.
