The family was on that show "Wife Swap," so perhaps they became addicted to attention and this is merely an entertainment stunt executed by them, meaning the kid is alive. ... at least I hope so.
The family was on WifeSwap. I think that's the balloon in the background!?!? Hopefully the kid ran into a tree house to hideout or something. Yikes.
Everyone in my office is making jokes. I said I'm not making any until they find this boy alive. Sad...
I hope and pray that this kid is okay or this is some elaborate hoax (done in extremely poor taste, I may add).
I saw that episode! He's a tornado chaser I think. He was a nutjob on the tv show and treated his wife like crap.
As soon as they find the kid alive, hiding under his bed... MadMax can come in here and chime in with his "thats no moon"
Considering there were no holes and it took the cops so long to open it, the kid probably never got in.
That's why I wonder if he ever got in. When the cops started flipping it over it looked like the "basket" was still solid.
that is possible but his dad would know the structure of it and would be able to tell the officials??

I forgot which article it was, but it stated the police already searched the home to look for the boy.
