Pretty sure the plans or schematic of the balloon would have been turned over to the authorities. And now they are saying it would be mathematically impossible for the kid to even be lifted by the thing. He's gonna need child protection services to out live this one.
Um, no we aren't. This is more than just some pop-tart container. It was capable of sustaining flight and carrying a passenger. There is nothing wrong with the use of the word breach to describe the balloon.
