I do not get your point. Why is it important that the "Biden Admin" was aware of the Mar-a-Lago search? I would be very surprised if the DoJ did not give the Biden White House a heads up before the FBI executed the search.

What would be important if the Biden White House directed the DoJ to go after Trump.

This is not new. Kevin McCarthey has previously threatened Merrick Garland wrt the J6 investigations.

I highly doubt they had any direction over this. Why would they overshadow their more personally important news of skinny BBB passing the Senate? This is a big moment for them and now all that’s going to be on the news will be freaking Donny again. They care a lot about the midterms obviously. They need this bill to be a game changer and carry them into November… not have the orange fat Hitler on TV nonstop.

How blissfully self unaware. She might as well said ... "Only Republicans can use the FBI/DoJ for political purposes. It is in The Constitution!"

It’s a bully tactic but probably too late. They are trying to create conversations at DOJ where they say “maybe we shouldn’t go this far because ill be called up to testify and they’ll go after my cousins stepson in rehab like Hunter Biden etc etc.”

It’s too late though and Garland is a boy scout they really don’t want to tangle with. He’s much tighter than even Comey and takes no risks as a prosecutor. You bring him up on the Hill to ask why he’s being mean to Donnie, and guess what… it’ll be all about what Donnie did to deserve it.

Also a pretty clear sign McCartney is involved in some way here and not just trying to play normal GOP autocrat politics.

I'm not Nook but just doing some research, I found this statute...

7.03a. If a whiffed warrant is executed by a federal agency the penalty shall be not less than ROLLED HEADS.

There is speculation that Trump did not want to hand everything over. Thus, Trump was not fully cooperating with the Archivists requests.

Just another example of Trump acting like laws do not apply to him.

There has been some reporting that Trump was still in possession of classified information ... so highly classified that it's existence can not be known by the general public. And to your point that MAL is likely filled with spies, this represents an unacceptable breach of security.

I guess that we can add mishandling classified documents to the long list of crimes committed by Trump.

Does anyone remember that during the first impeachment (extorting Ukraine for his own political gain) that Trump kept marking all of the evidence of his crime(s) with the highest classification level? One has to wonder if Trump did not destroy those documents on his way out the door.

Your opinion doesn't matter to me. It's middle school mentality to berate and bully. Keep defending the right buddy. I could care less.

not really an "opinion." More like a considered judgment. Well reasoned and based upon (ample) good evidence.

It does take any critical thinking skills to berate and bully. Your orange man you pretend not to defend is a lot like you.

Someone should tell republican twitter that the FBI are police so they can go back to cheerleading and badge-humping.
