Woah woah, spoiler alert buddy! It doesn't matter whether I know what Trump is but rather what the courts can prove.
trump and the far right are not even trying to hide the lies now, they keep feeding them to the base and the base eats it up like crack. I have to remind myself the far right is not the majority of the gop (I hope) and they do have some levelheaded people, if they let trump become the nominee, I will be nervous about the fate of America. the far right does not care about amercians, they care about power and nothing else..........between mtg who says were now a communist party and fox saying Biden is a waana be dictator there showing you the playbook.,Aad the whole notion of the PRA is somehow being twisted and they are telling lies and that trump could keep them as they were his then why did Biden and Pence turn there's in after it was found they had some?
The far right might not be a majority of the GOP but they are a plurality as shown by polling. Further most of the rest of the GOP is too craven to confront the far right.
ALso note that trump was obviously reaching out to judge cannon for help. Speaking of judge cannon... the most important trial of the decade, if not century. And she has presided over four (4) criminal trials. What could go wrong?
This dude.............wow, just wow. You might not want to piss him off or he will flip on you. If he was smart, he would not let the trump pac pay for his lawyer and he would get his own council and do what's best for HIM. From all accounts (besides liking trump) he seems like a good guy and if he hasn't noticed what happens to people not named trump he will be thrown under the bus faster than you can say indicted
Man what an *******. I don't know if I'd call this case extremely complex. I'm not a lawyer or anything, but it looks pretty straight forward. Trump had documents he wasnt supposed to have, and he hid them when he was told to give them back. Other than the admissibility of the testimony of the lawyer who flipped (which doesn't seem critical anyway), I don't see much for the judge to do. Some lawyer, correct my misapprehensions.
I am guessing that any trial involving a former president and the leading candidate would be considered complex. There have already been shenanigans from the defense and you know trump and his defenders will be increasing the games they play. I know if I was prosecuting this case, I'd want a strong judge who wouldn't put up with any stuff. Not a underexperienced judge who has already been embarrassed in her previous involvement with trump.
Sure. I'd call it high stakes. High pressure. Under the microscope. High chance of shenanigans. Not complex, but sure a case that wants for a veteran hand.
