I for one am glad his POV is what it is now versus then. If he's shifted it that's fine with me. I think it's more important where people are at in the here and now versus holding them to their past opinions.
crazy that the same judge who signed off on the warrant gets to decide if the affidavit is released it's a conflict of interest because if the affidavit shows the warrant was not justified, the judge looks bad for approving it
The warrant was absolutely justified. The list of what they were looking for was on the warrant. The inventory and item list they found is almost identical to what they believed would be there when they made their case for the warrant. It shows that they did, in fact, have probable cause to believe it was there. It was all there. I can't imagine any circumstance in which the warrant hasn't been proven to be justified.

What would you say if I told you that Trump and his lawyers could file a motion to release the affidavit but they have not done so?? Could it be that Trump is just playing politics, and wants people like you to think he's a martyr when really he actually does have some agency in the laws, and norms that he personally decides to break???
