This argument is so tired. How can you determine if a crime was committed when the investigators are consistently lied to?

I don't understand your logic. If the president authorizes it, that makes it okay?
If he authorized (for example) the murder of innocent children would that be okay?

Libby was found guilty and sentenced on multiple counts of perjury and lying. Does anyone really believe there was nothing to hide?

So every unsolved murder was not actually a crime since no one was charged with the crime?

that is correct. The only crime Capone committed was tax evasion. That is the only one since that is all he was charged with.

Jack the Ripper didn't really murder anyone since no one was charged.

OJ never killed anyone. And Nixon didn't do anything wrong since he wasn't charged either.

One dark day in the middle of the night,
two dead boys got up to fight.
Back to back they faced each other,
Drew their swords and shot each other.
a deaf policeman heard the noise
came and shot the two dead boys.
If you don't believe this lie is true
Ask the blind man*, he saw it too!

    *liberal, kosack, democrats

As far as I know, classified information in itself being leaked is NOT a crime when authorized...

The murder of innocent children when authorized is NOT anything but a crime...

That is the logic...An action of leaking classified information can only be legitimate if it is authorized, right?...Well, who else but the President has the right to authorize the leak of classified info.?

It depends on all the facts, and who is capable and authorized of judging based on those facts...
