No joke there! He would take the gold ring off a dying man's finger if nobody was watching.

We can also be reasonably sure that Trump has not once visited the jailed January 6 insurrectionists … since we would bloody well have never hear the end of that … but he loves them … and will pardon them if he gets the chance and does not forget.

Alleged Nazi sympathizer convicted for role in January 6 US Capitol riot after claiming he didn't know Congress met there
By Holmes Lybrand and Hannah Rabinowitz, CNN

(CNN)A January 6 rioter and alleged White supremacist was convicted Friday on all five charges he faced after hitching his case to the claim that he didn't know Congress met at the United States Capitol.

"I thought there were several buildings called 'Capitol building,'" Timothy Hale-Cusanelli, an alleged Nazi sympathizer and Army reservist, told the jury Thursday, adding that he was "from New Jersey" and was "idiotic" and ignorant. "I did not realize that Congress met in the Capitol."

Several jurors rolled their eyes during this explanation and Hale-Cusanelli later said he was knowledgeable regarding the workings of the Electoral College process and American politics generally, which he took classes on in college.

I can't believe that Trump has made racists feel it is ok to be a racist and be public about it.

Oath Keepers members .. more than initially thought, they actively recruit. Texas stands out.

The Oath Keepers Data Leak: Unmasking Extremism in Public Life | ADL

In the wake of the January 6th attack on the U.S. Capitol, significant public and legal scrutiny was focused on the Oath Keepers, a large anti-government extremist group associated with the militia movement. Despite the group’s national profile, few specifics were known about its membership.

That changed in September 2021, when the non-profit journalist collective Distributed Denial of Secrets (DDoSecrets) published – among other data – more than 38,000 names on the Oath Keepers’ membership list. The membership data provides unique insight into the people who signed up and paid dues to the organization over the years and helps illuminate the extent to which the group’s anti-government ideology has permeated mainstream society.

A review of these membership lists revealed that while there are many members of law enforcement, military, and first responders in the membership rolls, there are also elected officials, government employees, teachers, religious figures, and businessmen, among others. It's important to acknowledge that some individuals in the Oath Keepers database may have initially joined because they were sold a watered-down version of the group, and some may have disavowed the group since signing up.

The database includes full names, addresses, e-mail addresses, phone numbers, membership type, and a space for comments (frequently left empty). To identify those individuals in the Oath Keepers database who hold sensitive positions, ADL Center on Extremism (COE) researchers compared the names found in the data with information found in public databases, media reports, and social media platforms.

Important: an individual’s inclusion in the Oath Keeper database is not proof that they were or are still an Oath Keeper, that they hold or held all or some of Oath Keeper ideology or viewpoints, or that they ever actively participated in Oath Keeper activities. When reviewing this information, you should bear in mind the possibility that the individual misunderstood the nature of the Oath Keepers. Before taking any action based on this information, an individualized assessment of the individual must take place.

    • 81 individuals across the country who, as of August 8, 2022, are currently holding or running for public office in 2022. These individuals run the gamut from local office – mayors, town councilmembers, school board members – to state representatives and senators.
    • 373 individuals in the Oath Keepers database who we believe are currently serving in law enforcement agencies across the country.
    • 117 individuals who we believe currently serve in the U.S. military, an additional 11 people who serve in the reserves, and 31 individuals who hold civilian positions or are military contractors.

More than 3,300 Texans were members of the Oath Keepers, report says | The Texas Tribune

A recent analysis of Oath Keepers’ membership rolls leaked last year found that Texas had more members of the far-right extremist group than any other state — and the most who worked as elected officials, law enforcement officers or members of the military.

More than 3,000 Texans — including four police chiefs, two county sheriffs, two constables and two county commissioners — have been members of the Oath Keepers, a far-right extremist group that played a prominent role in the U.S. Capitol riot on Jan. 6, 2021, according to an analysis of leaked membership rolls.

    https://abcnews.go.com/US/federal-g...-pacs-formation-fundraising/story?id=89507528

A federal grand jury investigating the activities leading up the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol and the push by former President Donald Trump and his allies to overturn the result of the 2020 election has expanded its probe to include seeking information about Trump's leadership PAC, Save America, sources with direct knowledge tell ABC News.

The interest in the fundraising arm came to light as part of grand jury subpoenas seeking documents, records and testimony from potential witnesses, the sources said.

The subpoenas, sent to several individuals in recent weeks, are specifically seeking to understand the timeline of Save America's formation, the organization's fundraising activities, and how money is both received and spent by the Trump-aligned PAC.

One thing interesting about the 40 new subpoenas is that these are people at the top of the coup attempt.

Many in this thread and others have tried to claim Jan. 6th was an event where some moronic clowns got out of hand and that was it.

Now we see people in Trump's staff served subpoenas and having their phones seized in connection to it.

I think we still need to be patient and let the investigation run its course, but clearly an independent judge sees probable cause of higher ups.

Rick Wilson and the Lincoln pedo Project are super creepy.

Remember when they tried to start a race war in Virginia and ended up getting Glenn Younkin elected? These people will be forever laughing stocks, but the Lincoln Project doesn't care.
