There's stupid, and then there's a special kind of stupid.

 

It is on camera that he just picked up the zip ties off the floor and didn't bring them to the capitol. He also was following his mother around telling her, "Mom, where are you going? What are you doing?" "What's your goal here Mom?" "Don't vandalize anything, we aren't Antifa." "Don't break this." and "Easy, easy, easy. No vandalizing." He was recording the whole thing on a cell phone cam he had on his chest. Of all the Capitol rioters, he was one of the least riotous, but since he was wearing scary clothes and found some zip ties on the floor, he somehow became the boogeyman for the Dems.

 

If the unarmed lady got death, and the shamon dude wandering around got 41 months, then the zip tie person should get life without parole.

 

Here is the zip tie info. While they didn't bring them in, he did acquire them according to his body cam as follows:

"At one point, MUNCHEL spots plastic handcuffs on a table inside a hallway in the Capitol. MUNCHEL exclaims, 'zipties. I need to get me some of them motherf---ers," and grabs several white plastic handcuffs from on top of a cabinet," the filing says, adding: "As MUNCHEL and [his mother, Lisa Eisenhart,] are attempting to leave, Eisenhart says words to the effect of, 'Don't carry the zip ties, just get 'em out of their hand.'"

Also, while they didn't bring guns into the Capitol, they had them before going in. But, he did carry his taser in.

 

its so bizarre and pathetic to see americans defending and making excuses for people who engaged in an insurrection against our government.

They deserve punishment for sure. Especially the armed ones. Not sure if unarmed folks deserve multiple years in prison. But that is only my opinion and I respect yours.

 

They tried to overthrow the government - that is treason, they should get a firing squad.
