Oat meal, god that thing taste awful but it is good for you. My cholestrol went from 250 to 225 after I started eating that stuff.
I was 220 and now I am 185. I have less than 10% body fat. I am 6'1". Treadmill for 30 minutes is what I do. I run at 7.5 mph. I end up running 3 miles and burning over 400 calories, but I had already lost the weight before I got to this. Jog for at least 20 minutes.
I either eat Oatmeal or Yogart...I had the blueberry kind today..I usually crush up a Nature's own oatmeal and honey bar in it...
I found the ultimate fiber cereal at Trader Joes. It has flax seed and a boost in omega 3s. Now I can scarf down 2 burgers instead of one for lunch.
2 sausage, egg, and cheese burritos 2 large bowls of sugar corn pops 1 large glass pomegranate juice 4 waffles with syrup 2 breakfast pizzas and a partridge in a pear tree
kashi go lean + 1% milk or banana + nature valley granola bar + 4 oz OJ or apple cinnamon oatmeal + 6oz milk or 2 homemade breakfast tacos (ham, green and red peppers, onions, potatoes, egg, cheese)
My breakfast in college (starting again this Monday): fiber one cereal with light yogurt piece of fruit (either apple or banana) coffee mmm...i'm going to enjoy getting in a routine again. bring on school!!!!
