    he can't do the surgery like TMAC did because he doesn't have meniscus...

    That's really a shame because Roy was a fun player to watch but I said this earlier - this is nothing Portland or the rest of the NBA should be surprised about. His medical history has been well documented and the reason he slipped in the draft was for this very reason. He just happened to be the best player on talent in an otherwise weak draft.

    It can....you can grow it in a pitri dish and reinsert it into the knee, but I am not sure that the repair allows someone to play basketball.

    Give it 10-15 years. Just think how arthroscopic surgery would seem to people in the 70s.
