If brandon Miller was some scrub who barely played or didn't play at all, he would have been suspended. Bama is just doing everything possible to cover this up for their star player with millions of dollars waiting for him in a few months. It is what it is. But he definitely isn't innocent. He knew what he was doing in bringing Miles his gun at 2 am in the morning. And it just happen to be the murder weapon of an innocent young woman. wrong place wrong time doesn't apply when miller knew where he was going There aren't many programs that would sweep this under the rug. It's interesting though Wiseman: accused of taking money while not being at memphis, lets suspend you while we investigate Miller: brings loaded gun to teammate who murders a woman, you can continue playing regardless.
I think the NCAA has more authority over the one scenario than the other. I tend to agree with you on what Miller knew, but his lawyer's story provides a good alibi.
As long as he doesn’t recommend any weird movies on prime video or say something about Hong Kong he’s ok in today’s NBA @AroundTheWorld @Os Trigonum @J.R. Plus this guy looks nothing like Jabari He’s a ball handler
police said Miller arrived there and his vehicle was then blocking the road…then Miles walked to his car, retrieved the gun, and immediately started busting off shots I want to see video of how Miller blocked the road Was it intentional? Does it look like he was trapping the murder victim’s jeep so she couldn’t escape? handing someone there gun at 2 in the morning can never lead to something good
That’s what lawyers do. I think you could still poke holes in the lawyer’s account, but it appears the DA has no intention of doing so.
his lawyer is acting like Miller had no clue about the gun, but police literally said this Police testified that Miles texted Miller asking for a gun, to which Miller replied, “The heat is in the hat.” Later, police say Miller added that “there’s one in the head,” signaling that the gun was loaded. Miller was not charged in the killing. someone is clearly lying
lawyer said in the statement miller got a text from Miles to bring him his gun which Brandon did. Lawyer is just trying to play the miller had no clue what was happening card because he was already heading there. In a way, yeah brandon wasn't directly involved but how it ended up well it actually puts him as someone very involved at the end of the page 1 into page 2.
How is the lawyer gonna say Miller wasn’t involved in the exchange of the gun to Miles in any way when he knowingly transported the murder weapon to him, and according to police, knew it was loaded?
"he was already on the way there" lol but yeah the texts from the police report are easily something that can be proven. Those don't go away just because they are deleted on a phone.
"Brandon never touched the gun, was not involved in it's exchange to Mr. Davis in any way" lol? How is this even remotely believable. It's directly contradicted by everything else in this written statement.
those texts are pretty damning best case Miller didn’t know his friend was actually gonna shoot somebody, but no one is asking u to bring them their loaded gun at 2 in the morning for anything positive…Miller is literally confirming to Miles that gun is loaded before transporting it to him
if it were a case where Miller had no clue Miles had left a gun in his car, went to pick him up later, and then Miles went into his car, picked up the gun Miller never knew was there, and starting shooting, that would be 1 thing
I handed condoms to @Jontro at 2 am when he had 2 strippers in his penthouse suite. That lead to something good!
Who’s translating the street language? This sounds like that Belly movie with Nas and DMX @Jontro @ROXRAN @AroundTheWorld
