    pretty sure HP said that they'll refund any early adopter of the Touchpad the difference in price if they bought their item before the firesale so it shouldnt even matter where you bought it as long as HP can verify that a rebate/refund hasnt already been issued for that purchase from the retailer they should refund you the money.
