No way this could ever happen. A key rule in the NBA is that you NEVER trade big for small. Even throwing in Griffin won't work because the Clips already have better players at that position on their roster. BTW, the Clips will be forced into rebuild mode once more because their owner, Donald Sterling, is unwilling to pay what's necessary to keep the talent in place in order to field a competitive team. He'd much rather let them walk away when they become eligible for free agency which is what's happening to them this year.
Elton Brand for Moochie Norris? OK, let's send Tito Maddox to the T-Wolves for Garnett while we're at it...
robbieg - Thank you greatly for the compliment, but in reality I am not much different from many other CC posters. When I first started posting, I got repeatedly hammered by heypartner when I made errors regarding contracts and the Collective Bargaining Agreement so I decided to spend the time and learn my stuff. (Thanks, hp ). Along the way, I received some solid and patient CBA advice from aelliott and NIKEstrad both of whom don't post much these days but are signifcantly more knowledgeable about contracts than I am. (THX again guys).
