Simmons is literally the only player that in 10 years we won’t look back on and say holy **** why did we do that trade. I’m telling you
I'll be happy if that's the case. We'll see, no matter what we're getting bent over here. I'm just asking for some lubricant.
Well rockets have a point guard who in Wall will need to be limited in mins, and Nunn and Tyler could give Wall tons of rest.
He's really good at almost everything else tho, thats the key. He is like Giannis light. I do agree tho, that if he doesn't develop a jumper his potential is wasted and he will never truly amount to a top 10 player in the NBA. Which he would pretty much instantly be if he could shoot.
I'm watching the Miami and LAL finals on NBA TV and JVG talked about DR being a bit like Klay. He hit a crazy 3 over Kuzma and was fouled. He and Herro could give us some serious shooters. They can't replace JH, but no one could. We need young pieces we can grow and develop. The third team will hopefully take on the larger contracts needed to make this deal and give us something of value in return. I wish James would stay, but if he doesn't give me some players we can grow and develop with the current core to at least be competitive while the picks help us to fill in the talent gaps.
Would we rather have Nunn or Precious? I'm torn on that. Probably Nunn as Wall insurance? My gut says Precious is the better player.
If Herro and Robinson is the main beef of the package from Miami that's absolutely horrendous idc how many picks we get back
