Reading the article sounds like Marquez vs pacquiao is a bigger draw after the results from Bradley. Maybe Freddie Roach and team pacquiao think they need a tune-up fight before rematching against Bradley.

If pacquiao fights like he did in the third fight he might loose this one too. Only reason they didn't give fight # 3 to JMM is because Pacquiao was the man to beat and was heavily favored. It was a close fight like the first two fights but JMM won that on.

disclaimer - Have yet to watch bradley vs pacquiao.

Yeah man, if that were the case then Pac would have won against Bradley too. It just wasn't the case. I think I posted in the Bradley fight, but I went back and watched with no sound, and still had problems giving Bradley enough rounds to win.

The JMM fight was MUCH closer, and easily a case could be made that JMM won.

it's all about the money. JMM fight earned twice than Bradley's. Why do you want a rematch? people know that Manny won that fight except WTF.

Marquez is a better matchup than Bradley but man, I want Pacquiao to retire Bradley.

meh, like a lot of people I only really care for Pac/Mayweather fight BUT out of the 3 opponents that I heard were being considered (JMM, Bradley, and Cotto) i'd rather see Pac fight Marquez again than Bradley or Cotto (hell no)

Oh yeah, I heard on the radio a while back that 50 left Mayweather. They were like best buddies, business partners, and everything. Then Money went to the pokey and Mayweather poked Miss Jackson or they had a business dispute or something.

This is getting really old, literally. Only result that matters is if Pacquiao loses. That means whatever hope's left of Mayweather-Pacquiao, if people are still even interested, evaporates. There wouldn't be any value in a Pacquiao victory. Marquez is already old and they're fighting at light welterweight. This fight would've had some decency if it were at lightweight.

That said, I'll be rooting for Marquez in this one.

Considering that all fights have been pretty close, Pacquiao could use a decisive victory over Marquez. And Juan has proved in their last fight, that age and weight are not factor. In their last fight, everyone said it was a mismatch this time around, Marquez was too old and would get blown out. Well, fight night came and that was not the case at all.

And have you seen Marquez recently? Looks in pretty good shape. I expect another close, controversial decision lol
