Glorious night for Congressman Pacquiao... Can you imagine the hype surrounding a PacMan/Money Mayweather super fight? The 24/7 on HBO would be off the hook and the PPV record would be absolutely shattered.
ChrisMannixSI Pacquiao admitted he "took it easy" in the 12th round, said he wasn't looking for the knockout because Margarito was so hurt. Wow. http://twitter.com/ChrisMannixSI
Wont happen, pacman will not agree to random blood test all the way to the fight. But more respect for pacman for carying margarito to 12 rounds.
Well in the 11th, Pacquiao would land a few solid punches and then stop to look over to the ref as if he was saying, "You gonna stop this soon?"
I don't understand why Margarito, who had a serious reach advantage, continually walked in to a flurry of PacMan punches. I figured he would keep the faster, more elusive Manny at a distance by chipping away with a long jab, but he kept forcing the issue and charging right in to the action. He should have slowed the pace down, frustrated PacMan, and waited for a golden opportunity to counter attack.
Wow. Just impressive, like always, like fighting two guys...punches seem like they are coming from everywhere. As for May, come on, whenever he talks/gets asked about Pac he gets all angry and looks like he is going to cry. Dude is scared.
Max Kellerman ends the post fight interview with the Mayweather question. There really is no other fight for him. Or Floyd. Period.
how do you get your hands that fast. sick. i dont care what team you're on pac or mayweather, but boxing needs that fight to happen. simple as that
Man this was a exciting fight overall. Respect to Pacman for letting Margarito finish on his feet. It was also interesting that the two kept giving each other props during the fight.
I've been on Pac's side pretty much the whole time, but what I'd like to know is how many started out on Floyd's side, but after all the latest antics now see him for what he really is.
You know pacman is scared of random blood test leading up to the fight. Let's drop the Money talk and celebrate pacmans win.
