As a big Marquez fan going into the fight, he basically got dismantled. Floyd was a step faster than Marquez through out the whole fight. The same Marquez that took it to Pacman in both previous fights(minus the 10lbs). No contest, an embarrassing moment in Marquez boxing career.

A DECISION is an "embarrassing" moment? What IS an embarrassing moment for a Mexican fighter is not being able to win convincingly and knocking out an opponent. I don't think it was fully embarrassment for Marquez. If he outlasted toe-to-toe with Gayweather, it was NOT an embarrassment. I agree with you and with WikiPedia, though, he looked uncomfortable weighing 10 more lbs.:
If you are just dancing around the squared circle not knocking people down imposing your will, you're not the "greatest" or the best "pound-for-pound" fighter, Gayweather. :p

Marquez was getting a boxing lesson, on fight night. Reminded me of DLH and Felix Trinidad fight in the first 8 rounds, one step ahead. Put it to you this way, Marquez had no business in the ring with Mayweather. That was the Fight that Mayweather won me over as a fan. Beautiful counter punching performance.

 Well, of course, if you're 10 pounds heavier than your opponent and have to pay fines...

you know nobody bets against Gayweather. His fights are made for him when HE'S ready. He should have fought Shane YEARS ago but now he waits till he's 38!

way to fight the best there Floyd.

Even mayweather being heavier, he was still faster than a lighter Marquez.

this is easy. 20 $ to tipjar if Shane wins by KO's and multiplied by the number of knockdown.
