I saw some Sikh fans there. Khan is Punjabi which transcends religion, there are Sikhs Muslims and Hindus that are Punjabi.

Yep, I'm Pakistani Punjabi. Same language, culture (for the most part), food, etc. Afterall, we were all neighbors up until 60 years ago...

Ya the only difference is the religion. Everything else is the same. My grandparents tell me how Hindus Muslims and Sikhs all lived in peace together at one time in the old full Punjab. It's sad what's happened over time.

My grandparents (who live in Pakistan) only speak Punjabi (not Urdu). I was talking to my grandfather about what it was like back in the day (he was born in 1920) and he said growing up, tons of his friends were Sikh. After partition when he was in his 20s, he sadly never saw any of them again. It's pretty crazy to think about...

No question that his following is growing but it we would like it to be a lot farther along then it is now. It is very difficult for black fighters to draw. He was here two fights ago and he will be back here for his next fight. He was in the Poconos this last fight because his grandma was sick and he needed to spend time with his son. I wish weekly webcasts had worked out. Reality is that there were only like 10 fans who responded to that. We've done alot on boxing boards but I had hoped I we could crossover some here. I'm more then happy to have fans come see Danny if they would like. What's funny is it makes more sense to have fans come see himm work out then to do wecasts here due to the limited number of fans interested in them. Bladeage will be the first to see it though since he has really followed Danny for a while.

Not close at all. Floyd would school him so bad. Probably ends up knocking him out. This guy has future star written on him but lets not get ahead of ourselves. He does not deserve a fight with one of the best pound for pound fighters. if he can clear out the 140 division and if Money is still around (unlikely), then maybe we can talk. What I would like Amir to do is avenge his KO loss against Bredis Presscot. Kid looked great against Paulie but a fight against Floyd? C'mon, you must not want him to succeed.

I saw him and Victor Roundtree and Tony Grano at the gym every day when he was preparing for his fight in March he trained with all us amateurs in the evenings a lot sometimes in the mornings too. They're all really nice Victor is pretty funny I gave him and Danny my shirt they both liked it a lot. The only thing I wonder is how much longer can he make 160 he has a huge frame and I know making weight is killing him.

Yeah, I saw you there. I was mostly only up there Saturday morning though.Vic is hilarious. Tony is in Austria right now training with Vitali. Dre came down for a week too. Danny is making 160 easy now that he's on the right diet. It used to kill him nut now he's fine.

Sam Elliot's son Marcus was there for a little bit too they are part of Al Haymon's organization I believe. I always wondered who he was he's always in the ring during so many fights.

Marcus was only there Friday night and then through Saturday afternoon. He works for Al. His twin brother plays minor league baseball for the Dodgers. Marcus is really cool if you know him.

He's good people. He really couldn't be around much because Adamek was training down here and he works with Arreola

Oh ya I remember him mentioning that. Everyone in the gym knew Adamek was going to win, not just because he was training with us but because he looked really good and confident in his preparation, he wanted it more than Arreola and it showed on fight night.

Yeah. Arreola gets beat by any good boxer. At this point he's done too much damage to his body partying.

One thing people forget is Chad Dawson beat Adamek. He doesn't get nearly enough credit for that win.

I remember thinking that was the wrong style for Adamek Dawson was just too athletic and too slick for him. He almost stopped him in the 10th but couldn't finish him off after dropping him. But looking back it was a blessing in disguise because he was having problems with the weight. Another shocking win was his victory over Steve Cunningham, another great boxer but Adamek dropped him three times which gave him the decision. If he wins a heavyweight title he'll be one of the greatest boxers in a long time. But with his style I can't see him beating Klitschkos if he gets shaken up by them I think he's doing down for the count.

Chad is told me he might go down to 168 after Pascal if he can't get any fights at 175. There isn't much left for him there. Yeah, his style was all wrong for Tomaz. Too quick and athletic. His win over Cunningham messed up a proposed fight in Philly between BHop and Cunningham. I don't think he can beat either Klitschko either. He's not big enough and they will keep him outside with their jab and come in with overhand rights and lefts
