I'm not surprised that RocketsLegend has not posted in this thread yet. This massacre really hit close to home for him, I'm sure he would rather not have to relive this traumatic event.
We read your posts, and while I won't speak for the several other people here who are trying to make sense of what you're writing, I'll give my opinion. What you are writing doesn't make any ****ing sense. You keep telling us to "read my post again," and other similar responses, and what you don't get is that we DO read your posts and, again and with all due respect, your posts in this instance, and several other instances related to Mr. Trump, don't make any ****ing sense. Is that clear enough for you?
Wow... this changed from an "oops" to a pattern of lying. How can any adminsitration, even this one, continue to trot her out as a spokesperson when she has been proven to lie is beyond me...
Did you see the update at the end of the article? Update: Relatedly, CNN's “State of the Union” now says it declined Conway as a guest for Sunday's show. It didn't say why, but the New York Times' Jim Rutenberg says CNN told him it had “serious questions about her credibility,” and some media watchdogs have been calling on cable news to stop booking Conway for that same reason.
That is great. Kudos to CNN! Conway is an out and out liar, just like her boss, and she shouldn't be given a free forum with which to lie to the American people. Conway, and Trump, were given an incredible amount of free airtime on the cable news shows, as well as the 3 main networks, in the run up to the election, as well as after, and lied repeatedly whenever they were on. If Conway repeats lies, is called out on them, asked questions about them, and simply ignores the questions and repeats blatant lies, why on earth should those news programs have her on? We have a free press. If Trump's minions are using the media to simply, and obviously, lie to the American people, it is perfectly logical to not to have puppets like Conway on, in my humble opinion.
I've said it many times, don't label me, don't put me in a box. I know it's hard for you liberal and conservative lemmings to understand that there are people who think for themselves on every issue. Don't let my intellect and approach scare you. It's okay to think for yourself and agree or disagree with major political parties on individual issues. Don't fear it, embrace it.
Yes, she was a seasoned pro. She gained even more credibility because she seemed to improve the stability of Trump's campaign after she took over. She brought it from a niche audience to the mainstream. It was probably at an all-time high.
Good lord. The last thing you do is "scare" me with your "intellect." If there is a lemming here, it is you, with all due respect. Headed for the cliff, babbling nonsense all the way, and calling it substance. What happened to your love for Bernie? Is he an "alternative fact" these days?
You continue to get incorrectly put into a right wing box. Perhaps it would help if you listed a few right wing political positions you have and a few left wing political positions you have. That way people will quit pigeon-holing you...
I loved Bernie because of the prospect that he would bring down the house of cards, reset the system. Bernie lost (was robbed) but Trump offers the same hard reset that Washington sorely needs. It sucks that the folks that stand the most to lose are trying to distract the American people with gossip and tmz style reporting. But so far he has done exactly that which I think was absolutely necessary. I would have preferred Bernie be driving the icebreaking ship but alas the corrupt DNC made sure that didn't happen. And guess what, there are many things I disagree with Bernie and Trump on but destroying the system so it can reset itself is not one of them. Bernie/Trump are good for America if only for 4 years of wrecking the baseline causing a major correction.
I asked for a list of political positions. So, what are some of the political positions you love around Bernie? Since I can't think of any two political figures who's political positions are more different (Sanders and Trump).
Now you are promoting an equivalency between Bernie and Trump. Sir, your credibility has gone down the toilet. Have you paid any attention, since you were such a fan of his, to what Bernie has been saying about Trump? If President Trump won the election by running a campaign that touted Wall Street and slighted the welfare state, then Sen. Bernie Sanders would have no problem with the results. “That’s fine, that’s Democracy,” he said in an interview Sunday on CNN. "But you have a president who, I think in a totally fraudulent campaign, said that I am going to stand up for the working people. Look at his Cabinet, we have never had more billionaires in a Cabinet in the history of this country,” Sanders said. The former Democratic presidential nominee ran on a platform that in many ways resembled the populist, anti-establishment campaign of President Trump. Two weeks into the new administration, Sanders is convinced that Trump was lying all along. “I have to say this Jake, and I don’t mean to be disrespectful, but this guy’s a fraud,” Sanders said to “State of the Union” host Jake Tapper. “This guy ran for President of the United States, saying: ‘I Donald Trump am going to take on Wall Street. These guys are getting away with murder.’ Then suddenly, he appoints all these billionaires. His major financial adviser comes from Goldman Sachs. And now he is about to dismantle legislation that protects consumers.” “This is a guy who ran for president, saying: ‘I am the only Republican who will not cut Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid.’ Then he appoints all of these guys who are precisely going to cut Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid,” Sanders said. “I hope that all those folks who voted for Mr. Trump because they thought he would stand up for working people, man, this guy is a good showman, I will give you that — he is a good TV guy — but I think he is going to sell out the middle class and the working class of this country.” http://www.salon.com/2017/02/06/thi...umps-rhetoric-about-helping-the-middle-class/
Mild misanthrope mixed with some nihilism. Now for some policy, Economy - lean right but not far right. I don't mind paying my FAIR share for useful programs only. Healthcare - lean far right. Federal government has no business getting involved. State and local governments, along with healthcare charities who should get tax benefits for the service they provide. Churches should not get those tax exempt benefits unless they provide medical charity for example. Immigration - I guess middle. Amnesty for children and working parents but not for un-employed or folks with criminal record. I want a pathway to citizenship for those that qualify for amnesty. Again it's value based for me, the folks have to add value to the country. Criminal and unemployed don't add value. No different than applying and securing a work visa other than a bit easier since they're already here. But I do want improved border control for obvious reasons. I've got family on both sides of the border and trust me, they all want more security and safety from the money, drug, people, etc.. trafficking. Education - not a federal issue, state issue, but it should be free because highshool is free. What's 2 more years of "extra" highschool really that could easily be funded by the working graduates contributions to society anyway. Offer grants and scholarships for 2 year graduates. Don't force 4 year enrollment, it's unnecessary for many. Those that want to can but they can pay. Abortion - Not a federal issue, a state issue. Personally I'm pro-choice but not as birth control. My brain just can't handle the fact that my mom alone would have the right to determine if I should or should not exist. It's seems my right, a higher power, or no ones at all. But certainly not hers alone since it is/would have been my life. Gay Marriage - I'm for partner unions for any and all but I feel this wouldn't be an issue if tax law and healthcare were reformed. I don't understand the tax benefit of marriage, it seems stupid to me. I'm not sure why a single Household bracket, which means no bracket at all wouldn't work but I'm not an expert. Guns - 2nd amendment all the way but background checks are not an issue, no automatic weapons, but CCL is not a problem. Voter ID laws - yes, it's too important. I need ID buying a r-rated movie or a lottery ticket for godsakes. But more accessible is good thing too. More places to vote, not on a Tuesday, multiple days, etc... Social - I absolutely despise the Christian right trying to turn American into some damn Christian congregation waiting for rapture but I also can't stand PC Liberal America. No one has the right to not be offended.
this is what I was talking about, you guys don't read for ****. I compared them because of their outsider, gonna wreck **** up potential. not because of policy ffs. i'm beginning to realize that illiteracy is a major problem in this country.
