    man jd drew is some kind of baseball magician. how he manages to time and again pull huge loads money out of his ass depite constantly underachieving is pretty special.

    also the beginning of this thread is hilarious. sorry north star.

    no, it's not 'new' news, it was stated very clearly from the very beginning. you probably just skimmed the headlines when it came out and didn't read it carefully

    and yeah, J.D. Drew is f'in terrible

    I agree, but in Boston's case (should they keep Manny), they actually have a solid guy in Wily Mo Pena to handle Drew's DL time. He might be the best 4th OF in the league now.. (offensively)
