Wow, big time exaggerating the comments and the article. How can you read that and come up with all those conclusions?

Never wanted the dude anyway. If he goes to Miami, they won't win anything anyway. Dwyane Wade is a great, great talent, but Bosh will take up more money than he's worth thereby handicapping the team. He's just not the kind of guy that you can feel safe knowing that you will have the match-up advantage with night in and night out with.

    Apparently, only a few do.

What a horrible, inaccurate thread title. I can't tell if it was made on purpose of if the OP really does have a reading comprehension problem.

I guess that in bc's world, "in top contention" means "#1 choice" and "One of the greatest" means "single greatest player in the history of the game, bar none."

    Give me a break.

I wouldn't put it past Bosh to go to Miami, but I'd have the same issues with them as I would with New York. They only have 3 guys under contract right now (including Wade). It'll be 2 max contract guys and a bunch of scrubs. And not even Cleveland quality scrubs. I mean scrubs scrubs.

Never been big on Bosh. Seen him live several times and he never struck to me as an offensive threat.

Good luck to him with Wade trying to win a ring. Probably won't get it since we're winning it all.

Let's be real guys. No player that's serious about winning is going to pick a team built around a broken Yao over one built around Wade, who has already led his team to a title. I don't see too many young rich dudes choosing to live in Houston over Miami either. We can't even use the no tax advantage, and they can sign another max guy. He'll, we can't even say Rick > Riley.

That doesn't say Miami is top choice. That says Miami is in top contention. As are Chicago, NY, and perhaps Houston.

"Top" is describing the type of contention. It is not implying Miami is the top contention...or top of contention....or contention of top.....

I can't even come up with a way to conclude that the implication was Miami is the top choice. Where did you get the word "choice" from?

Not the first one to say it, but this thread is terribly titled. That is not what Bosh said at all, he is remaining almost as non-committal as ever.

You have factor in his comments during a TV show where he said something of the tenor like " I can't think of any reason why anyone would not want to play with someone like Wade."

and his new statement about Wade's greatness it pretty much sounds like the word " Wade" dominates his line of thinking at the moment.

I like us building our own stars, the younger stars are usually more hardworking and eager to prove their worth. Bosh has not shown his value come playoff time and might as easily choke with any other team as he has with the raptors. Even on team USA, he pretty much played like a scrub.

Aaron brooks in his young career and the rockets team that took LA to seven games has accomplished and shown more toughness during the playoffs than Chris bosh and his raptors have in his whole career.

I'll pile on with everyone else for the piss-poor thread title.

    I still believe:

    LeBron and Bosh to Bulls

    Wade and Boozer to Miami

    Johnson and Amare to Knicks

Followed by a run by the remaining teams with cap space (or Dampier) making a run on financially-plagued teams needing to dump max players (Jefferson, Granger, maybe Paul).
