the play wasn't reckless, trying to bend over and pick a ball up on the ground whilst obviously not maintaining your own balance like Bosh did was just plain stupid.

i would feel the same...it was an accident that happened on a hustle play. nothing dirty about it. this isnt bruce bowen sticking his feet under people when the take a jumper or karl malone kicking robert horry in the nuts. there was nothing malicious about the play in question and bosh is only making himself look weak by saying what he did. yao certainly wouldnt be whining like that.
