^ Very cool, thanks! So I guess Jon teaming up with the wildlings is things coming full circle for the Night's King. It kind of makes sense why he stared at Jon so intently
There's no way he is dead. It is likely that he is Azor Ahai instead of Stannis and part of the three headed dragon along with Dany and Aegon.
what part in the book series is the show at right now? has it gone past what was written and this new for everybody? i haven't read the last posts beaucse they might have spoilers
Depends on which story arcs.. some have are past what's written on the books (Sansa and Tyrion), others they are behind (Jon, Danny).. You really can't compared them as the books has deviated a lot this season.
thanks bro im still reading book 5 dragon dance and there's a lot of differences like you said which left me confused. the show doesn't seem as good anymore once you realize how much is left out. there really should be at least 15 episodes per season.
No doubt in my mind Jon Snow is a Targaryen (Rhaegar being his dad and Lyanna Stark being his mother). Makes sense of the 'promise me Ned' stuff [Ned found her dying, took the child, and promised to look after him and raise him - not let him get butchered like the rest of the Targaryens)
It would be cool if jon ended up dead. Would shock everyone a punch in the gut. Of course I dont see it happening. I like unpredictable plot twists that throw the readers off balance. Fantasy is a genre with too many cliches.
George RR Martin doesn't kill off characters for shock value or plot twists. Killing off Ned was the catalyst for all the Stark children's story lines.
I know this is the popular theory but I wonder . ..if like the Baratheons .. . the Targaryen SEED IS STRONG Why does Jon not have that ole Targaryen hair? Rocket River
But Targaryen hair is supposedly silver. And what about if Tyrion's real parents are Mad King and Momma Lanisster? What should be his hair color.
Jon isn't 100% Targaryen, he's 50% Stark. Stannis is also Targaryen, but only 25% Danyerys, like most Targaryens, was the product of incest between 2 Targaryens. There's no evidence that the Targaryen hair is some dominant trait, just that virtually all of them have the same silver haired lineage.
I think the Jon as a Targaryen is a good plot twist. If you could read the story in one sitting like a movie it probably would have taken most of us by surprise. The problem is it takes Martin decades between books and with the internet for every fan to toss around theories these plot twists now seem very plausible and no longer surprising.
