I would agree with you if Bonzi didn't have the history of attitude problems he's had in the past. If all the reports and rumors have been true, then it hasn't been much about weight, it's been that Bonzi refused to go on road trips with the team.

So I guess the same should be said for Rudy T, Pat Riley, and Phil Jackson. They didn't do much when their star players were out (Steve, Shaq, Kobe). Why do we even need coaches then? If it's all about having your star players and has nothing to do with the coach, why do we have them?

The team is winning because we have TMac and Yao back, we're also winning because JVG is doing a good job of putting the right players around them, and putting them in situations to be successful.

you guys are classic with the inclusion of Sura.

Maybe we can throw in joe barry carroll and my 6 horsepower 1978 briggs and stratton lawnmower for KG, nash and a player to be named later?

Please be realistic in your trades ...please!!

Nowhere in my response did I say it had anything to do with his weight. Skipping preseason because its "meaningless" is a gauranteed way to tick off the man that gives you playing time, demonstrating your bad attitude.

Showing up for practice late after a holiday is unacceptable, did you do that at your job? nope didn't think so, it demonstrates bad attitude.

Not getting your work done before the game and instead riding a stationary bike during the home games when you could be trying to learn the system from the bench, demonstrates bad attitude.

Do you see ANY other player on this team demonstrating the same sort of bad attitude as Bonzi did? No, which is why they all respect one another and work hard to be a TEAM.

We don't need his attitude on the bench or on the team. Unless he loses that attitude and gives the effort his teammates are giving. Let him rot.

And there's no need for you to respond to this Luffy, because I don't plan to read your responses anymore.

They took Francis and they are in denial that Yao is better than Howard...who knows....could we ship Reddick to SEA for Rashard?

I'd trade Bonzi for Patrick O'Bryant in a heartbeat. O'Bryant'll never get utilized under Nellie, and he's a very skilled big. He'd be a great replacement for Mutombo. IF Mutombo ever retires.

With all due resect, although I'd love to get something worthwhile for Bonzi, we already have enough slow, spot-up shooters.

How about Bonzi and rafer for Mike James. Since McGrady turned into the "distributor" anyway and rafer is almost useless for anything other then bricking threes, Mike James would be a nice upgrade. Not only would his FG% be MUCH nicer then Rafer's but he knows JVG's system, so there wouldn't be much of a breaking in period.

Randy Foye has taken alot of MJs minutes and Foye is being talked about as the future of the timbs so this could work.

MJ can rot behind Foye from here to eternity.

I am surprised people have not been making more of a big deal about this, but didn't people see that play where MJ sneakily nailed TMac with a double-elbow shot in the game against Minny? That was the play where his abdomen was wounded, and it twarnt no accident, folks. And some people would still want to bring that guy back onto this team? We're all taking crazy pills!

oh, and by the way, the word is spelled 'rapport'.
