Yeah I agree but V-Span has not shown he is better then Rafer in his limited minutes. I would say the coaches see him everyday in paractice and I doubt they are keeping an All-Star caliber player on the bench.

Maybe the Maloofs will take him back for minimal salary and he can be reunited with his partner in crime Ron Artest.

Richie Frahm, oh what could have been...
Why are you so stubborn, Van Gundy?

Yeah... lets just ignore a player who mauled a team that had owned us on a consistent basis.

Yes. Let's ignore a player who played his once in a lifetime playoff series last season in a contract year. Let's ignore a player who came to camp with a sorry attitude and 40 extra pounds. Let's ignore a player who's still has a hangover of turning down $38MM he can never get back. Let's ignore a player who had expectations placed on him by some here that were way out of line with what he could deliver. Let's ignore a player who never gave a care about the Houston Rockets. Let's ignore a player who's finally done for the year because he quite on the team, like a coward.

    Yes.

What complete crap. Bonzi hasn't proven a damn thing in a Rockets uniform, other than he can collect a large paycheck while somehow managing to do even less than someone on welfare. You don't placate a cancer, you try and get rid of it.

I hope he opts out after this season and tests the free agent market again. Hopefully he'll join Latrell on the sidelines and wait for a $14M/year offer so he too can afford to feed his fat lazy ass.

If that rant makes you feel better, I'm happy for you. Reality is that despite all that crap, JVG still gave him a chance at the end of the year. What does that tell you about Bonzi's relationship with JVG and the rest of the team? Bonzi said no. He said no the wrong way, but the message was nevertheless sent. That is all. I'm trying to move on, but I can't. I'm still depressed about the whole situation. The search for a true 3rd scorer continues...

there's still a slight chance that Bonzi doesn't exercise his option for next year and is still with the Rockets.

you'd be surprised, i saw ALOT of people wear them yesterday. Its probably the people that don't follow the team at all.... thats what them b*stard corporate people get... heh

plus, i think when people went to the store, who have no idea who the players are, saw a clearance rack with 2 different shirts for $10 each, or get a jersey for $10, they went for the jersey.

So now Bonzi's jerseys are overpriced by only $15?
