While I agree, they didnt care to see how Stro would work with a healthy Yao and Tmac, so im sure they'll do the same with Bonzi. Sad but its how they work.

im sorry but bonzi has not even tried at all this year. i dont get why everyone is making a huge deal about him because of his play during last year's playoffs. the rest of his career has been mediocre at best. hes a decent low post player who signed with the rockets well below his worth, he hasnt been in shape all season and he just doesnt give a damn at all. plain and simple, it has nothing to do with JVG not liking him, hes given him chance after chance.. bonzi just doesnt take them.

the only way Bonzi gets PT is if there's an injury - otherwise he's done for the season.

and rightfully so! bonzi was not able to stay healthy for more than 10 games in a row. a lot of it has to do with him being so terrible out of shape. and that's probably the real problem. even when he was healthy the games where he had a positive impact were very few. he's just to much out of shape to deserve another chance. i mean he won't lose 15 pounds over night.

it's time to move on. time to build real chemistry for the playoffs. snyder needs to get worked into the rotation. he has to be a consistent factor off the bench. he's young, athletic and has all the tools. he just needs playing time to get a better feel for the game and this team.

Im sorry but we NEED bonzi! ecspecially in the playoffs... right before he got injured he put a positive impact on this team.. we havent even seen him really play with tracy and yao... but i will give a little credit to him for helpin us win sum games without yao...

i read a stat earlier and its true... were 2-0 agianst the spurst WITH bonzi and 0-2 agianst the spurs without him... that could help us in the playoffs if we play them... oh yeah and when we did play the mavs for the last time this season he finally played that game and it was close...

IM HOPING BONZI COMES OFF THE BENCH FOR TMAC.. WE NEED HIM FOR DEPTH... it just seems when hes out there and tmac sits down on the bench we dont go on BIG DROUGHTS --- idk maybe its just me

    This is an anti-winning move.

I also forgot to mention above that Bonzi can cause double teams... like i recall agianst the spurs... snyder hasent proven himself to bring the double team to him....

Bonzi is really ruining his career. He said he wanted to be on a team that has a chance to win the championship. This could be his last chance. With him - the Rockets are no doubt better. If he meant what he said - he would dedicate himself and would do anything to win.

The thing is - I wonder if Bonzi really cares. We all know Bonzi missed the amount of money - he could have had - but this is his chance to win. If he really cares and play - then i'm all for it. If he doesn't - it's his lost. I don't really want a player that could care less.

bonzi actually didn't have much of a positive impact at all. he was ok in the post, but not really great. there were lots of stupid turnovers. and even when he got to the line he often couldn't hit the free ones from there. besides than in the post he was pretty useless scoring wise. his offensive rebounds here and there just barely make up for the stupid fouls he sometimes committed. and generally on defense he was just way too out of shape to really have some kind of positive impact. and that's just one-on-one defense, we're not even talking about missed rotations here.

bonzi just didn't play out like most of us hoped he would. we have to admit that (and put this jvg ego **** away)! and with the regular season almost over there is no time left for him. even if he wasn't injured all the time and in shape it would have been difficult. right now it's basically hopeless. so we have to look at other options.

off course bonzi wants to win. but everybody should know by now that's not his top priority. that's just not how he is (and never was!).

Bonzi has proven he can't put away the double-stuffed Oreos.

What about Bonzi? Is he really out of the rotation? I still think Bonzi is better than Snyder. He is more experienced and player-friendly.

I honestly think that we may have seen the last of Bonzi unless somebody gets hurt. Snyder appeart to have supplanted him in the rotation and quite frankly, the Bonzi that showed up to play here this year for us is not much better than Snyder if at all. Snyder has been bringing a more all around game, better defense and much more athleticism than Bonzi although I have no doubt in my mind that a healthy and in shape Bonzi with his head screwed on straight would have been a tremendous role player for us, especially come playoff time. What a waste...

    What exactly does player-friendly mean?

I've never heard that term ever.

I mean he seems to get along with his teammate better, is willing to share the ball, able to create for himself as well as his teamates.

Right, because Wells has been soo productive. He might have been an offensive force last season and throught his career, but he has yet to show anything except his eating ability while in a Rockets jersey. At least Snyder looks like he wants to play and makes things happen, cant say the same for Mr. Wells.
