Interesting. Well I've only had one done about 4 years. What happened to me was one of my tooths started to hurt a lot (not sure if that's equal to childbirth like someone else mentioned). I called the dentist and by the time he had time to see me (I don't get bumped up unlike athletes), the pain had gone away. Apparently the pain went away cause the tooth died, which is why you need to get a root canal. Overall the procedure wasn't as bad as I was expecting and I didn't really suffer any pain during or after it. Only regret I had was I didn't want to pay for a permanent crown cause it would have cost me 1000 bucks, so I kept the temporary crown. Big mistake cause 3 years later, that tooth cracked and couldn't be saved and so I needed to get it removed and had to get a bridge, which ended up costing me 2000 bucks! (However, good thing that by this time my work coverage covered half of it)
I hope Bonzi hasn't started Operation who gives a @@@@ hasn't begun. He could have bad taste in his mouth because of his contract.
What kind of crown cost $1000? A bridge cost $2000? I thought you could get an inplant for that much.
I just read my chronicle, and it said he's doubtful for tonight. They said he didn't practice yesterday, so He won't play tonight. (from JVG). JVG also said this tidbit about Wells: "He's not hurting the team (not playing in any games/practices), he's only hurting himself and his minutes."
Now it has, but back then it was still a big difference. Plus even with the higher cdn dollar now, we still get raped on prices here for things compared to their US prices. It's never a simple matter of just straight currency exchange for prices here.
This is similar to Stromile last preseason. Kept missing time with various injuries and it set him back enough from getting a starting spot. Hoping that will not be the case with Bonzi this year. Bonzi off the bench would be okay but would prefer the big offseason signing to be in the starting lineup
You need a root canal anytime the bacteria has made its way through the enamel and dentin. Once it reaches the dental pulp, the tooth needs root canal treatment. You start feeling the pain as soon as the bacteria reaches the pulp. The root canal treatment is basically what kills the tooth because you are removing the pulp and cleaning out the "inside" of the tooth Recovery time should be short and quick.
yeah damn straight. the teeth situation will be fine. The groin problem has been around for ages - since april/may. And the majority of the time since then he's had aevery opportunity to rest it up. dont get excited about Gawan playing opening night , let alone any preseason games.
When someone mentioned the equivalent of a childbirth, i think they were talking about Kidney Stones... i havent passed any but have known someone who has (he's currently serving Life in prison i think) and that **** aint nuttin nice, at least from what he told me he missed 4 days from school in Jr. High behind one kidney stone. Also I had a root canal it wasnt that bad but the price is ridiculous for the crown though.
