    From the stats, this guy is having another awesome game tonight. Damn!, 26 pts on 10-13 shooting, with six rebounds! :eek:

    Make that 28/7 with 4:30 to go in the 3rd quarter. Next highest scorer is Duncan with 16. And with B Bowen guarding him. Wow!

    I would take bonzi in a heartbeat for the mle. dude has been solid all year, not only in the playoffs. bonzi or harpring/spanoooooolis

    This has been said already, but I think we can look at the example of Jerome James, who played very well during the playoffs last year to get himself the MLE for the Knicks. Look at what he has done. Of course Bonzi is better than James, but I think we can expect a similar decline in production after he gets his big contract. Besides, the way he's playing he may have priced himself out of the MLE.

    best case scenario for bonzi, play another great game and kings lose... 3 awesome games to end the year may be the difference between 2 million dollars a year

    Did you watch him in his Portland days? WCF against the Lakers?

    Playing for contract or not, if he is available at MLE, you take him. it' s that simple. It's not like the Rockets have a lot of options at hand.
