    one of the biggest victims here I think is Ken Griffey Jr --- he will be forever linked to the "steroids era". By all indications he never took roids. If he would have (like his contemporaries) he may be the one chasing Aarron --- instead of spending so much time on the DL. He may not have had all the injuries he had or he may have recovered sooner.

    Lots of bad things have been written about Jr. but I never heard his name linked to roids.

    nothing to defend here. passing the buck is sad and sorry. i agree entirely with SamCassell's opinion above. sad that a great 5 tool player's legacy will be so diminished.

    Isn't another symptom of roid withdrawal the depression.... poor Barry, I hope he finds that proverbial bridge he spoke of and then jumps off it. Good riddance cheater!
