Yes, it is hard to prove libel cases in the USA, but it doesn't STOP people that are wronged from suing. No one is doubting that he is the record holder, I am happy for him. But he cheated, there are no maybes involved, he testified before the grand jury that he used the clear and the cream. The fact that he didn't sue adds to the proof that he DID steroids and doesn't deny ANYTHING in the book. You guys are grasping at straws here, if someone printed something about you that was blatently false, don't you think you would AT LEAST deny it, and probably sue? DD
So, do you believe anything that is printed in the tabloid magazines if the celebrities don't sue them? I'm not saying Barry's innocent or guilty even though I feel it's probably the latter. The argument is that using his lack of suing anyone as evidence that he's guilty is absurd.
