Looks like I'm going to pull out the win after all, Bob. O'Neal played well, but Garnett exploded this week with two 80+ point games. Right now, the score is 474-414 with only Brian Grant (who has 4 fouls, 3:44 in second) left playing.

Y'know, having a balanced team is important, but sometimes it's nice to have a stud player like Garnett to fall back on. It helps to make up for the crap numbers put up by the lesser players.

Smeg has a 5 game winning streak. Someone needs to send him a 6-pack of Fosters.

BTW, if you look at the standing you will see that eveyone from 1st-10th places has at least 6700 points. And then none of the last four have at least 6000.

I will now go back in hibernation as Behad is ready to kick my ass. [IMG]

Well seeing how Shaq ONLY scored 50 FP's in his 1st game, I only have to withstand 1 more game from him. That 5 game win streak should come to an abrupt halt.

That's okay. Even if Smeg does manage to squeak by Bob this week, he still has an upcoming date with my team.

That is, if I manage to survive Ren first. [IMG]

    Joe Smith, 49 FP's? [IMG]

    Last game Garnett [IMG]

Why do these guys have career games against me?

Not really sure about this Behad
I am hot and it doesn't make me better and it certainly is far worse than any of your previous offers, in fact i would say it was an attempted rape.

What?? It was Elie, not Googs, that took Marion's playing time. Skiles wanted more defense. Now that Elie is out, Marion's playing time and production will return to normal. My offer included a good upgrade for you at PF. How was that rape? [IMG]

Don't worry about Marion, he will be fine.

Smeg, I still don't understand your "rape" comment. [IMG] I do want Shaq, but I'm not gonna gut my entire roster for him. What do you think is fair? behad@yahoo.com

    From ESPN:

Expectations for Shawn Marion have risen like his stock this season. It's sometimes easy to forget that Marion, the ninth player selected in the 1999 draft, missed 31 games last season because of a left knee injury. Marion scored season-low four points in the squeaker at Chicago on Monday. His knee, covered by a protective sleeve, still is sore. "But I'm all right, though. It's bothering me a little bit, not bad," Marion told the Arizona Republic.

Coach Scott Skiles said that Marion has not been as effective as usual on the team's four-game road swing. He worries about his player's stamina. "Shawn still hasn't played a whole NBA season yet, and the pace of this is very hectic," Skiles told the paper. "If you've never done it before, it can catch up to you. Hopefully it's just a two- or three-game deal."
