    No. If he doesn't show up by the time the clock expires then we'll pick for him. But we need to give him a chance to surface for himself. Chances are he doesn't know the draft has started yet, especially since it's the first round.

    The way I looked at it was that there was no center in our league and based on our scoring system that scored more than he did except for Tim Duncan. And that was by only 1 point. He's also gained muscle over the summer and kept in shape. There was only 1 guy I had ranked higher than him still on the draft board but I went with the center because there are so few of them that are elite level and you have to start 1. The next center on my list (if you don't count Amare) scored around 4-5 fantasy ppg less than Shaq.

    Oh, and of course... there's no way in hell I'd take Shaq with the first pick...
