    And really it's not like we'd need to get all of it done in one night(with 10 minutes, 6 picks could = one hour), we could just schedule a night to get a large portion of it done and then go slow til another scheduled chunk to finish it off. Of course, the goal should be to finish it in one night. :)

    Agreed. I don't know if I can turn the timer on and off without screwing everything up.

    If everyone could write down their picks (so I wouldn't have to keep track) just in case the picks get wiped if I turn the timer off, we will have no problems.

    Oct. 23rd in the evening would be great for me. Even this Sunday (16th) would be awesome if everyone was up for starting that early. The 30th is probably not so good (playing in a badminton tournament that day).

    Pretty much any night after 7pm should be good for me if you guys give me a couple of days notice. There may be some nights I work late, but I can post picks from work, too.

    Since we don't have much time before the season kicks off, we may want to settle on a date soon. I really haven't even looked much at the players or fantasy basketball yet this year.

    I'm in again. Fast/Auto is ok with me as well, but with fast/auto I hope the draft date is set late so there is good time to set your order. Will most likely not be around for a fast draft as I hear Sunday is the most likely option, and the odds for me working then is close to 100%.

    Bob, as I stated earlier in the football draft, I will not be participating this year. My internet time at work has been cut to 15 minutes a shift, and I have new responsibilites at work that keep me really busy all day. It's been a fun ride, and I may look to rejoin in the future, but it's time for someone else to take my spot. Thanks for everything Bob, and I'll keeping reading this thread to stay abreast of the league.

    Enjoyed having you in the league Behad. As with all Original members of this league who leave, as long as I run it, all are welcome back at anytime.

    As far as drafts, I prefer a live draft, but the old slow live draft we've been doing is fine. I absolutely hate auto-drafts, but it's not my league so I won't argue if that's what you decide.

    with my limited access at work to internet, i would certainly be keen for a couple of blocks of picks even if it means me getting up early, conversely if you do the fast pick block it probably wouldn't work for me on sunday to thursday night your time

    just let me know a date asap and i will advise if i can be in

    Whatever is decided, as soon as all members are confirmed, we should do the draft lotto ASAP. Knowing where I pick will be a crucial part of my strategy (as it will be for others I'm sure).

    It occurs to me that the potential for a slow-live draft is quickly passing by.

    That said, nearly any time should be good for me to have a live draft this week. Sunday after about 3 PM to about 6:30 PM Houston time is the only time that's not good.
