I wonder if Yahoo is doing a midseason NBA league. I'd definitely be down with that, although I'm still out of the basketball loop so I probably wouldn't do very well.
Is there any other fantasy hoops sites we could switch our rosters over to and finish out the season on a different server? I checked Yahoo but their registration has been closed. I would hate to see the season go to waste.
Maybe they are in the process of updating it now. If not for one problem. They have full weeks update in every of our bi-weeklies and have 'scored' me 942 in all the missing weeks, so clearly they can not have counted points. This also with changing lineups for every bi-week. It looks dead.
nm, it is just the team stat that gives 942 no matter what week I show, but they still have full week worth of games.
I won 5 out of the last 6. I like the new format If this league is dead let's move to a midseason league somewhere else... Another draft would be fun. But I should get Lebron cause I'm the only one who had the forsight to take him.
The Hakeem Olajuwon division... the baddest division in the league... and I am the baddest of the bad... Wait... are those standing correct? I wanna know before I rub it in... I don't want to come back tomorrow and see I have 8 more losses. Man, everybody in the Hakeem division seems to be .500 or better. Everybody in the other divisions seem to be dang near .500 or worse. How accurate are we?
No idea how accurate those standings actually are Have not heard a word from fanstar. All they have done so far is update the standings. You know what really sucks is I lost 4 games from Mike Miller and Lorenzen Wright (Grizzlies) getting snowed in at Portland. I might have been able to catch Clutch, then again with my luck probably not. Hurry back Amare!!! Troy is injured again, HELP!!!!!
I have copied all week 21 scores, they will be the final scores. If fanstar adds to these for week 22 games (fri-sun) I can go in and subtract them on Monday to get our week 22 scores. If fanstar won't do it I will.
Bob Finn*: I think Brian Skinner has disappeared into the abyss. I tried to add him to my team after I waived Stevenson but now he is not listed on my roster or the free agent list. If Skinner appears could you add him to my roster please. Thanks.
Thanks Finn. DoD, how about a midseason fantasy points per game update like last year? I am looking to trade a good forward for an equally good guard. I have too many F's and not enough G's. If anyone has too many G's shoot me a trade offer. Only fair offers please!
If you click on the "Statistics" link on the site you will see the Fantasy point totals (in red) for each player. Just divide that point total by the games played and you will get the players avg. pts per game.
Just think... in only 6 weeks or so, we'll be drafting baseball teams. I hope you guys have started your research early this year.
If there happen to be any openings, we will take a vote on who to let in. Even if you don't get into our league, there are usually several others on the go at the same time that you can join. ie: RM95 had a roto Yahoo league last year (which I won.... harhar!) and I think countingcrow runs a league of some sort.
