Alright, this is a tough choice for me... I was looking at Grant Hill (I was hoping he'd be there and hoping he wouldn't at the same time) or Iverson, but you guys made the choice a bit easier. I was down to 2 players that I wanted and I just flipped a coin : I'll take Jermaine O'Neal.
I almost took both of them, but Iverson has a history of missing games and I didn't want to take the risk of both him and Hill(who has been impressive so far in training camp) going down during the season.
You guys must be pretty high on Hill. His age and recent barrage of injuries scare me too much. I wouldn't have taken him until the fourth round. I was expecting Ray Allen to make it back to me. Wishful thinking, I guess.
Well I'm not thrilled drafting a player who will start the season on the IR, but if he wasn't he wouldn't have fallen this far. Elton Brand yer up Finn.

Believe me, I know about Iverson. He helped me tank this league about 2 seasons ago. lol! fadeaway, I agree, but his talent level was one I was willing to take a risk on. Just like Jordan last year. Jordan was almost a 50 ppg guy for me until the very end when injuries slaughtered that season. He's put up some good numbers in the off-season, but yeah, his ankle could go at any time, so who knows.
So what's it going to be, fearless leader? - wait yet another 24 hrs in the hopes that phi finds his way to a computer or - try to find another sub to pick for him
