So who had the strongest draft? I wanted to put up a poll, but there were only 10 options, and I didn't want anyone to feel slighted. :)

Excluding the bias for my own team, I think SF3, Fade, DoD(excluding GG) and Smeg all have pretty strong teams. Course the landscape could change drastically if some sleepers perform strongly.

Anyone look at their teams and think they'll be competing in the minors next year? :p

I think my draft was oookay, but all the sleepers I wanted went quicker than I was willing to draft them, so eh. Two guys I really wanted were so close to falling back to me but didn't happen.

I hope I get a close to book-end position in the draft next year(knock on wood). Being in the middle sucks.

My team should win it all. Then I'm going to guarantee a re-peat.

Your teams are so small they jump off the curb going
    " Wheeeeeeee!"

Ok gang, rosters are loaded and we are ready to start the season. You will have to click on Thurs. 24th in order to see your team and set your lineup. You can change your lineup up until next Monday. The lineup you set for Monday will be your lineup for the entire week. Any changes you make to your lineup during next week will not take affect until the following week (next game).

One problem I ran into, Rod Strickland was not listed. So when (if) he becomes available I will put him on my team. In the event that he does not become available, I will pick up another player.

Same thing happened to me in Football. It had something to do with signing late(don't know if that is Stricklands problem or not) The player in question in my football league was put in a couple of days before the season started.

Edit: Strickland is a Free Agent so he will probably not get added until he signs a contract with someone.

Finn: I tried to pick someone off of waivers just now. How come it says the transaction won't take place until Oct. 26th? I thought it would have been instantaneous.

    Thanks.

everyone gets to claim players off waivers the first week. Those that clear waivers then become free agents and can be claimed immediately.

Excluding my own, I think the best teams belong to Crisco, Smeg, SSG and Phi, in that order.

Unfortunately, three of them are in my division.

If two or more teams want the same player off waivers how is it decided who gets the player?

If the player is a free agent, it is first come first serve. In other words, whoever picks him first gets him.

If a player is waived by an owner, he will be on the waiver wire for 1 day. If more than one owner puts a claim on the said player, it will be decided by the owner's current fantasy point total. The team with the lowest fantasy point total would get said player.

Who got Brent Barry. Listed in USA today as top SG by leaps and bounds. Last year he was great for me. So there is some truth to it.

Clutch, with his 3rd round pick. He had a career year last season. Doubt he will repeat that.

Alright guys, who's the player that you regret not taking the round before because you wanted him really badly, but ended up getting taken right before your turn to pick again.

I'd have to say Donyell Marshall. Lard Boy picked him about 2 picks ahead of me, I think. I was telling Puedlfor that I don't see why people weren't taking a chance on him this late in the draft and that I was about to take him.

Of course I didn't take him the round before because I chose to take Gordan Giricek - the biggest steal of the draft. *ahem*. :D

Second on my list would have to be Zydrunas Ilgauskas. I was pissed when he got taken.

    Oh well... go go Giricluck!
