    How about a two hour penalty for every such occurence tho I wouldn't at all be opposed to doing it your way.

    Yeah... the 2 hour penalty rule might be a little more realistic.

    For instance, what if you leave a window open at your house, and your wife/girlfriend/mother hits refresh for some reason, making it appear you're online, but you're not?

    Waiting doesn't ease the frustration, though.
