The Cat and myself have a tight one going. He has a 6 point lead, but I have a 10 - 7 edge in games left. I should win easily, but he has Shaq and Ray Allen left, and J. Oneal goes again for him. He hit for 68 yesterday.

However, I have Marion, Brand, and a pair of Olajuwon games left. Can Hakeem hit for 50 again? He damn well better!

Yeah, I thought I still had a shot till I saw crazy ass Swift goin' off for almost 50 and then Pierce outgunned Walker... ugh.

Oh and how about me possibly cutting Isaiah Rider about 1 or 2 games too early... he better not start playing well now.

Oh well, on the bright side Mike Miller is back and he's good for 30-40 pts/game... at least based on what he was doing before he got hurt. :)

Sure he can. As long as whoever was doing the stats that last game is still on crack because there's no way he had 9 blocks in that game nor did the Raptors have 24 blocks in that game. :D

I would like to keep track of most Fantasy points in one game. I will need help from you guys.

So far McGrady-91 is the highest. If you had or have a big scorer, please post here so we can keep a running list. Thanks

    And your point is???:)

Actually, Hakeem has done quite well in rebounds, assists, and blocks. It's his scoring that has prevented him from hitting 40+ on a consistant basis.

Since CBS sucks at tracking scores or score comparisons, I played with the numbers to get a quick view of how a team's players are doing on a game average basis. The first column is number of games played (note: a player who misses a game due to injury does not count as a game played), the second column is total Fpoints scored, and the average per game played.

    League................................537............20054............37.3

    Dr of Dunk ............................44..............1927.............43.8
    The Cat ................................43..............1762.............41.0
    Rens Running Renegades.......48..............1968.............41.0
    Capitol City Pimps ................48..............1890.............39.4
    PhiSlamaJamma.....................44.............1701.............38.7
    Summer Song Giver...............42..............1528............36.4
    Steamtown Pythons............. 46..............1637............35.6
    Defending Champs................47..............1667............35.5
    Smeg...................................47..............1649............35.1
    League City Skulls ................40..............1374............34.4
    Bridghampton Killer Bees........42..............1434.............34.1
    CriscoMogs ...........................46..............1517............33.0

Some things I noticed: DoD looks strong so far; I've lost a number a games to injuries, and Crisco is in trouble!!! :)

Maybe tomorrow I'll get a little more detailed.

    One more thing:

The Cat is going down this week. I have a 118 point lead going into tomorrow. He has Alvin Williams, Van Exel, and Shaq left, and I have Derek Anderson and Hakeem left.

Hakeem gave me 45 tonight. Let's see how he does in a back to back situation.

BTW, anyone interested in Joe Johnson or Tony Parker???

Hmmm....just noticed that Jason Richardson is FINALLY getting the start in Warriorland. He's definintely earned it over Sura.

    BTW, he's tradable too.

What last 2 games? I have 1 game today and you have none, right? If that's the case, then I need Jordan to score about 30 points in the 2nd half... right... with him shooting bricks galore so far, that's gonna happen.

As far as how many games we have, am I looking at something wrong or are today's games being shown incorrectly on sportsline?

How so? There are only 4 NBA games today:

    Sunday's games

    • Seattle at Washington

    • Portland at Detroit

    • Toronto at Denver

    • Orlando at L.A. Lakers

You're right DoD. I was looking at CBS wrong.

DAMN, I may lose this one now!! MJ, your team is getting spanked, go sit on the bench!

Yeah, right. MJ is something like 2-for-200 shooting... I mean damn, any REASONABLE shooting game by him and this game would've been mine... oh well. Awesome game... we'll meet again, punk!!! :D
