I'm ok with the change. Seems like it has no real impact.

Oh, on another note, if CBS doesn't work out, another option might be the game at cnnsi.com.

From what I hear, the Sandbox crew actually worked for cnnsi before branching out and starting their own site, so it might be closer to the sandbox format than other sites (or it might not).

Their fantasy basketball isn't started yet, but it's something to consider.

I have been checking cnnsi daily to see if it is any good. As soon as I find any info, I will pass it along.

    Looks like a BBS vote.

No, you chose Karla Malone, SSG picked SAR and then the draft was put on hold. Stick by your choice. Pierce is one of two guys I am eyeing with my current pick.

I will have to vote no, I don't think it would be fair to other owners who may want Pierce.

    STOP THE VOTE!!

reason being that honestly if this ends up a yes vote, and he is allowed to pick pierce because of the positional issues than i have to tell you that i would actually ask the same of all of you and changbe my pick to Pierce

this is not me BSing to make a point, however i am also making a point

you keep your malone, and i will keep my stack, and we will both deal with it

In fact we should all continue the draft, and if the league we play ends up requiring PG than i think its trading time, and everyone likes to trade

The only way I could allow it is if we wiped out the entire second round. In fact, I have no problem with starting the whole draft over.

As for giving one owner the chance to change his pick....no.

I dont really care if he changes Malone to Pierce even though Pierce is a guy I would look hard at with my next pick I think I have another guy or two I can take.

If SSG wants Malone I would definetly say let Fadeaway take Pierce, then maybe Rahim would slide to me:)

I would vote yes but since a couple of people may have problems with it I guess I say no to.

Actually I want to keep going,I say keep everything the way it is and keep going or just completely start over when everyones ready.

Hey,If McGrady ends up being a SF I will be a bit pissed myself!

Restart the draft; after all, we are all in the same boat aren't we? And by that I mean continue drafting not starting over. The onlyt way I'd be in favor of starting over is that we find another site, keep the same draft order and picksup to this point.

One more thing...I would REALLY like to keep this site {CBS} as our site. I'm severely limited at work as to which sites I can get into....and this is one I can access.

Fine by me Behad.... So let's get drafting, no one player has an advantage over anyother. There's my two cents.

I think CBS will be fine (if they ever get around to updating things)

We are not alone. There are millions of Fantasy Basketball fanatics (sandbox castoffs) who are looking for someplace to play. Hopefully someone will start a site similar to sandbox next year or in the near future. Heck, if I had any knowledge of Computer Programming I would.

Looks like the tribe has spoken. Oh well.. Malone is solid. :) I still don't see the big deal, though. Someone changed a pick in the hoopsavenue draft and no one cared at all. As long as you're taking a player still on the board and aren't requesting someone already on a roster, there shouldn't be a problem. It's just a fun league after all. But since I was shot down, that's okay, I'll deal.

I would certainly be in favor of starting over from scratch, though, or even just keeping the first-rounders and starting from the beginning of the second round. The people who picked early in the first have an advantage now because when the draft is re-opened they will have lists and stats and stuff to look at, so their second-round picks will be more educated than those of us at the bottom.

I always thought that we should have just waited for the site(s) to get their act together in the first place and just do it with their draft format instead of jumping the gun and drafting blind on our own... and we are drafting blind.

But anyway, that's probably not an option now, so c'est la vie. I'll still win. ;)

All the picks, thus far, are solid (except maybe Malone:p) No one has any advantage.

VoR has it right, trades are what make this league so much fun. After we finish this draft, offer Malone around. I am sure someone would want him.

Aside from Ren I don't think anyone would want such a whiny b**** on their roster disrupting team chemistry!!
